Stella Lee, PhD. – Chief Learning Strategist
Dr. Stella Lee has over 20 years of progressive experience internationally in consulting digital learning initiatives with higher education, government, NGOs, and the private sectors. Today her focus is on enterprise-wide learning strategy and governance, digital ethics for learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and e-learning applications, learning management system (LMS) design, evaluation and learning analytics.
Stella has served as subject matter expert in evaluating e-learning standards for the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and conducted postdoctoral research with iCore Research Lab at Athabasca University, Canada’s Open University.
She has a doctorate in Computer Science with a focus on adaptive learning technology from University of Hertfordshire. Stella serves as Canada’s Startup Advisor and is the technology columnist for Training Industry Magazine.
Christine Nguyen – Learning Experience Designer
Christine Nguyen has over 7 years of experience designing, deploying and consulting on learning solutions for non-profit organizations, government agencies, and private companies.
With a background in public health, her approach to learning and development integrates an understanding of how social and environmental factors can enable growth and change.
Christine is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with a Provincial Instructor Diploma and Certificate in Online Instruction. She is also a certified organizational coach and change management practitioner.
Teresa Kouch – Instructional Designer/Multimedia Designer
Teresa brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, consulting, graphic design, and materials development for a wide range of private and public industries and has over 6 years of experience as an instructional designer, multimedia designer, and e-learning developer.
Teresa holds a BBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership. She is trained in Articulate Storyline expert level and is an active member of the Vancouver Articulate User’s Group since 2015.
Teresa has developed award winning training programs and has received awards such as the Achievement Recognition Award for Special Project Award by BC/Yukon Region of Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE), Achievement Recognition Award for TruckSafe Organizational Excellence by Workers’ Compensation Board of BC (WorkSafe BC), and the Chairman’s Health & Safety Award by Ledcor Group of Companies.
Reynald Doullé – Web Developer/Instructional Designer
Hailed from Paris, France, Reynald is a seasoned web developer, instructional designer, graphic designer, and does some video editing as well.
Reynald holds a BA in International Business from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, and is a graduate of WebForce3 web development bootcamp where he discovered his passion in helping small-medium business and entrepreneurs with their websites and apps. Since 2019, Reynald has applied his technical and creative skills in the world of online learning and has supported clients in converting static PowerPoint slides and text-based content into interactive e-learning courses.
In addition to his day job, Reynald is a fiction writer.
